Everybody throws his weight around if he gets the opportunity - as I have observed - no matter his station in life.

A governor takes it upon himself to whip a fellow civil servant in public glare.
An Okada man bangs on your car and damages the side mirror of your new car.
His cohorts are waiting in the wings for the final onslaught if the car owner dares...
A uniformed man drives against the traffic causing a standstill. And foolishy he finds himself in a standtill too.
A lecturer fails students who refuse to buy his plagiarised "handout".
And of course there is a deluge of false spirituality for sale on the airwaves for the weak souls.
