A man sits on top of the national pension fund.
And he decides that he will clean out the whole coffer!
Contributions belonging to those who have sweated their blood, brains and brawns over the years.
But he is less amused.
I can't really comprehend it!
At the end, he and his cohorts will then get a slap on the wrist!!
