What is justice in the hand of Man?
The rule of law is an "imperfection".
Between the two individuals, the perfect truth is known, therefore, the culprit is known also.
It tries but it is never an exact science where two plus two will always add up to what we expect.
Law do disappoint. Law do bring relief.
But time and varied circumstance determine.
