Are the signs well marked?
Are the signs well positioned?
Are the signs completely installed across the state?
Have we taken into consideration, the pathologically greedy officials of some local governments, who for the love of lucre, shift around or bring into temporary existence road signs...so that unsuspecting motorists can be captured?
These laws might just inflict further pains, selective justice and encourage corruption et al.
Solution:
it is true that the "under-siege-mentality" of most Lagosian motorists can be very disgusting and irritating, continuous persuation and firm instructions by officers (who should be trained too) to motorists to ensure the law is obeyed at the spot in question... And more
if the motorists refuse, then the law officer can make book the offender and ensure NOBODY is exempted....siren blaring convoy with n without plate number(big man syndrome), bullion van, uniformed personnel etc.
may the Almighty God help us in this "our" country.
